We have had wine and cheese tastings with Champagne Restaurant on the first Friday of every month. We sample four to six wines and four to six cheeses at a cost of about $30 per person. At present, these have been cancelled and we are serving wine from the shop with meals from Champagne. Just send us an email asking for details. From time to time we have wine tasting dinners at some of the best restaurants on the island. The tasting dinners are a great way to sample some fine food and a range of wines while having a great time. We'll try to keep this space updated with future tastings or you could subscribe to the SXM-Info newsletter. We did a Valentine's Day tasting at Halsey's Restaurant in Simpson Bay.

We did a Loire wine and cheese tasting with Champagne Restaurant in April of 2007. We have posted some of the details from the February 2008 tasting. We were part of a fabulous dinner at Enjoy (unfortunately now closed) on a spectacular evening in April of 2006 with clear skies, lots of stars, and soft, warm breezes. There were beautiful views of palms, sea grapes, a couple boats, and Anguilla from open air deck over the beach.
