Sylvain Pereira came to Saint Martin after working as the sommelier at Les Saveurs in London. Previously he had served as the second sommelier at the famous La Tour d'Argent in Paris. He welcomes you to his conveniently located new store and promises superb service and free delivery on all orders of a case or more.

	Look for our sign on Union Road on the Orange Grove Shopping Center sign on the left side of Union Road heading from Cole Bay to Marigot. We are next to the Harley Davidson Store and have ample parking in our lot. Look for our shop in the back corner of the parking lot beneath the sign above center and look for Sylvain to help you find the perfect wine for all occasions. A fine selection of glassware from Schott is available. We have an excellent selection of Champagne, Bordeaux, and Burgundy. We always have currently drinkable first growths of Bordeaux in stock and others may be ordered. In 2010 we added a selection of Armagnac, dating back to 1966. We are conveniently located on The Dutch side in the Orange Grove Shopping Center with plenty of free parking. Our prices are in dollars, eliminating conversions and credit card fees. We have supplied some wines for the following fine restaurants Temptation, Dare to be Rare, SkipJack's, La Samanna, and Le Cottage Restaurant. Our glassware is in use many places on the island, but the most complete set of glasses and wines by the glass can be found at Night Off in the Maho Plaza.

The Clef du Vin is a measuring instrument that will immediately tell you if a wine is suitable for laying down by revealing its ageing potential. The unique combination of metals at the tip will gradually modify the organoleptic qualities of the wine (taste, smell, flavor, and bouquet). It has been carefully calibrated so that a one second contact in a glass of 10 cl (about 3.5 ounces) will show what the wine will taste like with one more year of age.
